Baldor buffers are built rugged for demanding work loads. 1,800 RPM buffers offer the ultimate in buffer flexibility. Excellent for polishing and buffing metal, aluminum, brass and copper.   1. Ensure that the pedestal grinder is stable

  3. Make sure that the wheel turns freely before using
  4. Turning on the wheel, stand to the side of the machine and wait for it to come to full speed
  5. Bring work into contact with the grinding wheel slowly and smoothly, without bumping
